Boots facial exfoliating sponge

Sorry for the strange picture- but i was lost trying to make a picture of a sponge interesting. So when it doubt add flowers. 
For the last few weeks I've been really struggling with my skin, too much dairy, skipping the gym and the cold weather has definitely taken its toll! 
Strolling through the isles of Boots (a typical weekend) I noticed this bargain- Boots facial exfoliating sponge for only £1.50. 
I've been using the sponge with my usual cleansers with the intention of giving my skin a 'deeper clean.' I use the sponge every evening when i cleanse my skin, and by morning my skin is so soft! For only £1.50 it's a great additional to my skincare routine. 
I've made a lot of changes to my skincare routine and diet so in all honesty it's difficult to know what's working and what isn't but It feels good, makes my skin soft and is only £1.50!
